General FAQs
Where are you based?
My studio is in Spotswood, Melbourne. For on-location shoots, travel within 10km of Melbourne CBD is included. If you're further out, we can arrange that at a small additional cost.
Do you include editing?
Yes! Every image is professionally edited by me, including colour correction and retouching. There are no hidden editing fees.
How long until I receive my photos?
Most galleries are delivered within 2 weeks of your session via a private online gallery.
Can I share my photos on social media?
Absolutely. All images are high resolution and yours to use on social media, your website, LinkedIn, and for print. I just ask for a credit or tag (@jen.photographyoz) when you can.
What should I wear?
After booking, I'll send you a wardrobe guide with tips on colours, outfits, and what works best on camera. The short version: solid colours and layers photograph beautifully!
What if I need to reschedule?
Life happens! I offer one free reschedule with at least 48 hours' notice. After that, the session fee applies.
What happens if the weather is bad?
For outdoor shoots, if rain or bad weather is forecast, we'll reschedule to the next available date at no extra cost.
Do you offer gift vouchers?
Yes! Gift vouchers are available for any package or a custom amount. Great for birthdays, milestones, or a special treat.
I'm nervous about being photographed. Is that normal?
Completely! Most of my clients feel the same way at first. I'll guide you through the whole session so you feel comfortable and natural. By the end, you'll wonder what you were worried about.
